Passport
Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond our travel dates. If your passport is close to expiration, we recommend renewing it as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute issues.
ETIAS Requirements
You may have heard about the new ETIAS travel authorization for France starting in 2025. As of now, ETIAS is not yet in operation, so no action is required at this time, but we will monitor any updates and inform you if requirements change before our trip.
Flights
We recommend flying into Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). Our hosted itinerary officially begins with dinner on Tuesday, June 24th, so we suggest landing that morning. However, if you’d like additional time to explore or to adjust to jet lag, consider arriving a day early for a more relaxed start.

Airport Transfers
To make your arrival seamless, we will use our group chat to coordinate ETAs, allowing clients to arrange shared transportation into the city if desired. Options include:

Luggage
We recommend packing your essentials in a carry-on in case of any unexpected delays with checked luggage. Be sure to leave extra room in your suitcase—you’ll want space for all the incredible finds you’ll collect throughout the trip! When booking transportation, ensure there’s enough space for your luggage.

A Line Team Home Base
Our A Line team will stay together in an Airbnb near the Louvre in the Montorgueil district, within the 2nd arrondissement—a lively, central area with easy access to our showroom appointments, fine dining, and cultural experiences.

We recommend staying within the 1st or 2nd arrondissement for a seamless experience, ensuring you're close to key shopping destinations, dining, and our curated itinerary.
Hotel vs. Private Flat
Some clients choose to share a luxury flat via Airbnb or VRBO, enjoying a more residential experience. However, we’ve found that most prefer a hotel for its concierge services, housekeeping, and the convenience of couriering purchases directly to the front desk throughout the day.

Special Orders
Select showrooms may offer the rare opportunity to pre-order pieces from advanced collections, arriving in A Line stores approximately six months later. Special orders require 100% deposit and are final sale unless canceled by the designer.
